Refund Policy

We offer a 20 min. online class/assessment to make sure you make an informed decision when you purchase our online or in-person courses.

You can always re-schedule private classes for free with 24 hours notice. For group classes, we offer the option to attend Online if you are not able to come to class in-person.

If for any reason you need to cancel your classes/ course:

Refund Policy:

1-Before the first day of class we offer 100% Refund.

2-After the the first class and before the 2nd class, we offer 50% refund.

3-On the day or after the 2nd class we offer NO Refunds.

    School Director, Spanish-Language Teacher And Interpreter

    Javier is a professional Spanish-language teacher, Instructional and
    curriculum designer, Interpreter, and translator with over 20 years of
    experience teaching for Barlovento School of Spanish, TDSB’s, the TCDSB,
    TCFSB, Banks, and many other corporations in Toronto, Canada. Javier
    studied Administration, Economics, Human Resouces, Adult Education,
    Music and Languages (Spanish, English, French, Italian and Portuguese)
    at universities in Toronto, Canada, and Colombia, South America.

  • Cara Bennison

    School Co-Director Administrator, Curriculum Developer And Teacher

    An experienced professional, Cara has 5 years of Spanish-language
    education. She trained in Environmental Studies and Languages at
    University of Toronto, Canada. Cara is a gifted teacher with 10 years +
    experience, specializing in children ages 4-12. She has developed
    Spanish curriculums and printable and digital resources for both
    children and adults.  Additionally,  she works in Spanish language
    translation and interpretation.

  • Mirella Duque

    Spanish-Language Teacher

    Experienced professor from Ecuador, currently based in Ottawa.
    Mirella has over 6 years experience in the field of Education, teaching
    both adults and children. Mirella has 7 years experience in radio and
    television, and is part of our consulting team for corporations doing
    business in Latin America. Mirella holds a bachelor degree in
    Journalism.  She is fluent in Spanish and English.
